Claude Waddington
Founder, Strategy & Commercial
Claude leads strategy, senior client relationships and go-to-market direction for The Palindromic, drawing on 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry and a track record of delivering across the healthcare and life sciences vertical alongside Microsoft partners including Trueblue and Exeevo. That work spans projects with global pharmaceutical leaders such as Sanofi, Daiichi Sankyo and AstraZeneca, as well as the NHS and venture capital groups in Switzerland — bringing the commercial thinking and operator's judgement that turn AI ambition into systems teams actually use. Having also built and scaled a successful consulting business, Claude has seen first-hand what it takes to make complex solutions land.
Before founding The Palindromic, Claude built a career translating complex commercial, medical and omnichannel challenges into operating systems for pharmaceutical and medtech organisations — and still measures success the same way: adoption, not activity.

Romain Simon
Director, Marketing & Operations
Romain owns marketing and operations at The Palindromic — the discipline that turns strategy into cadence, and cadence into client trust. He brings nearly 20 years in marketing and communications at Equinix, one of the world's largest digital infrastructure companies — the Silicon Valley-headquartered business behind the data centres and interconnection networks that the internet and global cloud services physically run on. Working at the heart of the global technology industry gives Romain a rare grounding in enterprise-scale, mission-critical operations, which now shapes how the business communicates, how delivery is structured, and how AI-enabled work fits into the way teams actually operate rather than the way a slide deck imagines they should.
The through-line across Romain's work is simple: technology only matters once someone can use it without a manual.

Kabilan Rajendiran
Lead, Automation & Agent Development
Kabilan leads the build side of The Palindromic's automation practice, turning workflow diagnoses into working agents and automations that hold up in real environments. Kabilan's remit runs from first prototype to a maintained, documented solution — with the testing, exception paths and clear ownership that keep it alive long after the demo has ended.
The insight Kabilan brings to every build: a prototype that can't be maintained isn't a solution, it's a liability with a nice interface.

Sharad Sharma
Lead, CRM & Delivery Engineering
Sharad leads CRM and delivery engineering, converting life sciences go-to-market knowledge into practical, sector-ready templates — account planning, congress follow-up, omnichannel handoffs and the workflows that connect them. Sharad's work sits where research, technical build and grant-application rigour meet, always with a bias toward evidence over assumption.
The recurring lesson Sharad applies: the data model is the strategy — get that wrong, and nothing built on top of it will hold.
